Hire our firm to prepare your lottery application

While a person can apply for the green card lottery for free by himself or herself, applicants often prefer to hire our law firm. By doing so, they can be assured that the lottery entry will be correct and in accordance with the rules established by the Department of State. Each year, thousands of entries are disqualified and discarded because the applicant failed to follow instructions.

Our law firm has years of experience of applying for the green card lottery. We provide prompt service, accurately prepare the lottery application, and charge reasonable fees. For one individual application, our fee is $50.00, if the individual has a family, the fee is $75.00.

Note that both the husband and the wife can individually submit a green card lottery application. Doing so increases the chance that one of them will win and be able to immigrate the entire family to the U.S. Individuals interested in this should purchase two individual applications for a total of $100.00.

Individuals interested in hiring our firm to prepare their lottery application should follow these three simple steps.

  1. Place an order using their credit card on our secure server. Click here to place an order. Credit card processing is only available to foreign nationals inside the U.S. For applicants outside the U.S., they will have to a cashier's check or money order payable to "National Immigration Services"

  2. Complete the lottery form and return to us along with the required photos. Click here for the form.

  3. Upon receipt of the completed form and payment, our law firm will prepare and submit the lottery application to the U.S. Department of State. Applications received without payment will not be submitted.
