2003 Poverty Guidelines for K1 visas

 

K-1 visa fiance(e)s seeking to enter the US will need to use the  I-134 to show that their sponsor's income is equal to or greater than the  federal poverty guidelines. This is required under Section 212(a)(4) of the INA.
